Return shipping
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Items must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit.
Refund
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds are issued using the same payment method as your original purchase. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund if goods show handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
